OnCore Upgrade Complete

The OnCore application was upgraded over the weekend from v2020R3 to v2022R3. A separate newsletter will be sent to financial users to cover changes to the Financials Console. Here are a couple minor changes applicable to non-financial users:

A new Review Expires field enables or disables the Expiration Date field for an IRB Review.
- When disabled, the expiration dates will display as N/A in fields, headers, exports, and document/consent related areas throughout OnCore.
- For reviews that automatically generate through the OnCore-myIRB integration, this setting will default to Yes, but can be updated manually by the Regulatory user.

The Gender field has been updated to Biological Sex throughout OnCore. You will also see a new Gender Identity field, but it is currently not in use at WashU.
